Where is my order?
We ship your order using FedEx or USPS. Your order should ship within a few business days (Mon-Fri). You will receive tracking information with your shipping confirmation to enable you to check the status of your order.
What happens if I am not at home to accept delivery of my order?
The driver will leave your package on your door step or other unsecure location, if the driver believes it is reasonable to do so. When the driver is unable to leave your package, they will leave a door tag on your door, informing you of the delivery attempt. The door tag contains information that may offer you the option to sign the door tag and have the driver leave your package in a secure location on the next delivery attempt, typically the next business day.
Can you deliver the order on a specific date?
We are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date – please allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
Can you ship to another country?
We are unable to process orders for International shipments; you can only get orders delivered in the US. In addition, we are unable to ship to military addresses outside of the US.
How can I get free shipping?
We are pleased to offer you free shipping for all orders of $60 or more.
How can I place a large order?
If you need to order a large number of bottles, we suggest using our bulk order functionality. Simply enter all first names you wish to use to personalize your iconic bottles and they will be added to your shopping cart. If you place an order of 100 or more bottles, you will receive an email prompting you to confirm that you placed the order. You will also receive an email for any order over $500. We must confirm these larger order before we ship.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express debit and credit cards.
Is there a limit to how many bottles I can order?
There is no limit to how many bottles you may order. You will need to select the names/phrases and how many bottles at the time of placing your order. If you place an order of 100 or more bottles, you will receive an email prompting you to confirm that you placed the order. We must confirm the order before we ship.
How can I get an invoice?
Your invoice will be attached to your order confirmation email.
I’ve noticed a mistake! Can I change my order?
On the website, there are lots of opportunities to amend, remove and add items, so the chance of an error is small. We can assist with making changes to order quantities until 7PM EST on the day the order was placed. Please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-557-4616, who will be happy to assist.

How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order until 7PM EST on the day the order was placed by either logging into your account or contacting our Customer Service Team. Unfortunately once your order has passed this point, we are unable to cancel your order. You can contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to assist.
How can I place a return or get a refund?
We want you to LOVE your Cokestore.com products. In the rare case that you’re not satisfied with your order, please contact us WITHIN 15 DAYS of receipt using the Contact Us form on the site or call our Customer Care Department at 1-800-557-4616. We generally do not accept returns on customized or personalized products unless the product differs materially from what was ordered on the site or it is otherwise flawed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of 15 days of receipt. Please note that it is necessary to contact our Customer Care Department first, either via phone or through the Contact Us form and to receive instruction from this department for a return or refund to be processed.
I entered a name or phrase for a personalized bottle, but the message says it is denied. Why?
There are a number of names and phrases that are not allowed due to their double meanings or cultural and religious sensitivities.
What Coca-Cola bottle can I personalize and order?
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to personalize the authentic Coca-Cola 8-ounce glass bottle because it is our most iconic product. The Contour bottle, created in 1916 by Alexander Samuelson, represents a large part of Coca-Cola history.
Can I get these bottles in stores?
The personalized bottles are made to order and we are pleased to offer these bottles exclusively online.
Why are these bottles more expensive than normal 8 oz glass bottles?
The personalized bottles are made to order according to your unique name or phrase. This customization makes the bottles more expensive than the normal 8 oz glass bottles of Coca-Cola.
Are there discounts for Coke employees?
We frequently offer discounts on merchandise and bottles for all customers.
